my needs are simple - I just need a simple dev environment - i'll need a dialog box creator and screen display creator. the version of VS that I had quit working when I switched to Windows 10. my central use is file access. and the interface is via dialog boxes. please recommend a development environment.
Has anyone else ran into trouble with this compiler working for C on Windows 10? I found some additional compiler settings to use on google and that allowed my program to compile, but after it was compiled, the program would refuse to run. The programming class I am in requires that I use Dev C++ by Bloodshed and I really don't want to downgrade my OS. Thanks in advance for your help!
